Here are some additional tips for taking care of a tufted rug:

1. Spot Clean: For spills or stains, immediately blot the area with a clean cloth. Avoid rubbing, as this can damage the fibers.
   

2. Avoid Excessive Moisture: Keep the rug dry and avoid placing it in areas prone to moisture, as this can lead to mold and mildew.

3. Address Odors: If the rug starts to smell, sprinkle baking soda on it, let it sit for a few hours, and vacuum it up to absorb odors.

4. Vacuum: In order to maintain the fibers in a nice condition, it is always recommended to use a vacuum cleaner without a beater brush(flat head). This will not only remove the dirt but won't harm the carpet at the same time.
   
5. DO NOT MACHINE WASH If you love yourself. Rug will literally implode.
